This is the centerpiece for the back of April's quilt, which I'm working on now. I need to piece the rest of the back together and then get it basted. Wedding's in four weeks!!

New quilt
I am loving this new quilt!
Pinterest-inspired, of course (http://pinterest.com/pin/267049452878626893/) although I changed it up a bit!

Danielle's quilt
I made this quilt towards the beginning of the year for Miss Danielle Corgliano, in celebration of her becoming Mrs. Danielle Heyrman. Again, I saw a design on Pinterest that I liked and just changed it up a bit. Here's the quilt on Pinterest (http://www.pinterest.com/pin/267049452877835853/):
I liked the idea of doing it in boxes instead of chevrons, so it's a little different.

Baby Quilt from March
I made this quilt back in March for a friend who was having a baby. She found the polar bear fabric (iron ons) and wanted it to be Aurora Borealis colors.
She wanted minky fabric on the back, so I quilted the top with just flannel on the back and then added the minky. The back didn't really turn out very well. I didn't spread the minky correctly and it's a little loose. I practiced fan quilting on this quilt and that did turn out well! Of course you can't tell in the pciture, but it really does look good.

The Final T-Shirt Quilt
I finished the last of four t-shirt quilts that I have been making for a friend of a friend. I am the most proud of this one.
I practiced some different quilting styles on a baby quilt I did before it, and then did fan quilting in a couple of the rows of shirts, swirls in another, meander in another, and then all the sashing was done to look kind of like bark.
What was super disappointing and a little heart-attack-inducing was that after I washed it, I was showing it off to some girlfriends and noticed that the red shirt you see in the picture of the whole thing above had bled through all of the holes that the quilting thread left over its surface. OMG. I flipped out and took it to Mom's and we soaked the back where it had bled in Chlorox 2 and then washed it. Luckily, it was mostly okay after it came out of the wash.
These quilts became such a burden to me. I allowed their creation to drag on for literally years, which is why. The woman who received them probably has a really good cross-section of how my quilting skills have progressed over the years. What was super disappointing and a little heart-attack-inducing was that after I washed it, I was showing it off to some girlfriends and noticed that the red shirt you see in the picture of the whole thing above had bled through all of the holes that the quilting thread left over its surface. Baby Quilts
Here are two baby quilts that I made this summer. I saw both designs on Pinterest, although I changed up the color quite a bit from what I saw on there.
Here is the quilt on Pinterest - http://pinterest.com/pin/267049452876173259/
And here's the pretty heart quilt I made for my friend Michelle's baby - ok, ok, she was one by the time she got it!
Here is the version I saw on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/pin/267049452877386915/. Man I love that site!
I recently found a bunch of examples of freehand motion patterns. I'm anxious to try them when I'm quilting the baby quilt that is my current project:
