Update.

Bret went to the gym with me yesterday and taught me some killer stuff to do! I am sore. :-) It was great, though. The new gym is going to work out well, I think. Let's see, I went Wednesday, Saturday, and Monday. Hopefully I will be able to go tomorrow and Friday after Jason gets home from work, as well. I'm excited!

My weight has been staying down around 180 instead around 185, so that's pretty cool. And I love that that is happening and I'm not really on a diet, I've just adjusted my eating habits. That is awesome. It makes me think I'll have more success keeping the weight off as I lose it.

I need to go pick up my bridesmaid dress. Hopefully I can lose another 5-10 pounds so I can fit into it by the end of May! :-)

Work out

Well, the trainer wasn't able to meet with me, but I still had a great work out! Time for dinner. I'm going to make a great salad (and eat my gnocchi left over from last night - SHH!).

I weighed myself at the gym and I was 184.

I have an appointment at Anytime Fitness at 5 with a trainer. I canceled my 24 Hour Fitness membership and joined there because it's right around the corner. Yay! I'm excited.

Moving along.

All right! I got a bunch done. I'm all done with the exterior of the invitations for the bridal shower my mom is throwing. I just have to put the information inside and they are complete! Very exciting. I've done as much as possible on the wedding invites I'm making, too, until I can get the inside done. I feel very satisfied with how far along everything is. . . .
